Frequently Asked Question
We do not have access to your credit card information for security reasons to protect you and us. But we can help by directing you to where you can update the information securely. Depending on your billing processor (on your charge statement the name of the processor will appear) there are different steps.
For Memberships that have NOT expired:
FXBilling / CSCallcenter: Go to the url: https://www.fxbilling.net/profiles/subscription.php
Enter your information to pull up the account. This information is case sensitive. Then on the right hand side you will a link to Change (Credit Card) and that is the link you will use to update your information.
EPOCH: You will need to contact them at - http://www.epoch.com Or call from the US: 800-893-8871 or Internationally: 1-310-664-5810
SEGPAY: Go to url: https://cs.segpay.com/ Then log into your account using your email address, credit card on file, or Purchase ID (this is usually the account number you were given when signing up, if you cannot locate that information, please let us know and we can supply this information to you). After you log in, on the right hand side you will see a credit card icon, click on that and it will take you to a secure page to update your information.
For Memberships that are expired:
You can try contacting the processor company to have them reactivate the membership or simply submit a ticket and we can also assist in working with you and the processor to securely and privately update your information.
